1.1. All bookings must be made through Vismaya Greenlines Private Limited via our website, customer care, or authorized agents.
1.2. Booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and issuance of a booking confirmation.
1.3. Passengers must provide accurate personal information, including full name, age, ID proof, and contact details.
1.4. The company reserves the right to cancel bookings if incorrect or incomplete information is provided.
2.1. Passengers must arrive at the boarding point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time
2.2. Late arrivals may result in denial of boarding, and no refund will be provided.
3.1. Female passengers outside the permissible age group (10–50 years) are not allowed to travel, in accordance with Sabarimala temple regulations.
3.2. All passengers (male and female) above 5 years of age must carry a Virtual Q pass or equivalent mandatory pass issued by the Sabarimala temple authorities.
3.3. Children under 5 years must be accompanied by parents or guardians.
4.1. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
4.2. Accepted payment modes include online transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards, or other methods approved by Vismaya Greenlines.
4.3. Payments are non-transferable unless approved by the company.
4.4. Failure to complete payment within the stipulated time may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
5.1. Right to Modify or Cancel:
Vismaya Greenlines Private Limited reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or change buses due to operational requirements, weather conditions, traffic restrictions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5.2. High Crowd Conditions (Sabarimala):
In the event of heavy crowd density at Sabarimala, the company may arrange alternative accommodation or stay facilities at Pampa or Erumely, subject to availability and safety considerations.
5.3. Drop Point Information:
The designated drop point for Sabarimala trips is Nilakkal. Passengers are required to use KSRTC shuttle services or other authorized transport from Nilakkal to Pampa at their own expense.
Vismaya Greenlines shall not be responsible for transport arrangements beyond Nilakkal.
5.4. Alternative Arrangements:
Passengers may choose to reschedule or accept the alternative arrangements provided by the company. No compensation or reimbursement will be made for additional personal expenses incurred due to such changes.
5.5. Hotel and Food Changes:
Hotel accommodation and food options may be modified according to crowd conditions, operational requirements, or company regulations. Equivalent or similar alternatives will be provided wherever possible.
5.6. Delays Caused by Passengers:
Vismaya Greenlines will not be responsible for delays or missed schedules resulting from passenger lateness, non-compliance with reporting times, or failure to follow instructions.
5.7. Passenger Liability for Damages:
Passengers shall be liable for any damage to the bus, equipment, or company property caused by their actions, negligence, or misconduct. The cost of such damage will be recovered from the responsible passenger(s).
5.8. Customer Cancellation:
• Requests must be submitted in writing via email or website.
• Refunds are processed according to the following schedule:
6.1. Passengers must follow all instructions issued by Vismaya Greenlines staff, tour coordinators, and drivers at all times for their safety and the smooth operation of the trip.
6.2. The bus must be kept neat and clean. Waste must be disposed of only in designated bins or collection points.
6.3. Any form of misbehavior, abusive conduct, alcohol consumption, or damage to property may result in immediate removal from the bus or tour without any refund.
6.4. Passengers are solely responsible for their personal belongings. Vismaya Greenlines will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items during the journey.
7.1. Passengers must ensure that they are medically and physically fit for the journey and associated pilgrim activities.
7.2. Vismaya Greenlines shall not be responsible for any medical or health-related issues, injuries, or incidents that occur during the trip.
7.3. Passengers with pre-existing medical conditions or special requirements must inform the company at the time of booking so that suitable arrangements, if possible, can be considered.
7.4. The company reserves the right to deny travel to any passenger whose health, behavior, or condition may endanger themselves, other passengers, or the smooth operation of the journey.
8.1. All passengers above 5 years of age (male and female) must obtain and carry a Virtual Q Pass as required under Sabarimala Temple regulations.
8.2. Passengers failing to produce a valid Virtual Q Pass will be denied entry or travel, and no refund will be provided in such cases.
9.1. Vismaya Greenlines will make all reasonable efforts to ensure a safe and comfortable journey but will not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to accidents, natural disasters, or government actions.
9.2. In the event of vehicle breakdowns or delays, the company will attempt to make alternate arrangements wherever possible; however, no monetary compensation is guaranteed.
10.1. Vismaya Greenlines shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or modifications caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• Natural disasters (floods, storms, landslides)
• Government restrictions, curfews, or orders
• Strikes, civil unrest, or acts of terrorism
10.2. In such situations, the company may reschedule trips or process refunds at its discretion, depending on the operational feasibility.
11.1. All content, designs, images, logos, and materials associated with Vismaya Greenlines Private Limited are protected under Indian copyright and intellectual-property laws.
11.2. Unauthorized reproduction, use, or modification of the company’s brand name, materials, or digital content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
12.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
12.2. Any disputes or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chavakkad, Kerala.
By booking with Vismaya Greenlines Private Limited, passengers acknowledge that they have:

• Agreed to be legally bound by them.
All disputes or complaints shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Chavakkad court only.
